With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darlene Carolyn Waggoner of Decatur, Texas, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 18, 2024 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her sister Sherrie Severson of Victorville, CA; her son-in-law Kenneth Baker of Decatur, TX; and her brother-in-law John Ussery of Augusta, GA.. She is survived by: her husband Edward Clark Waggoner; her daughters, Jessica Baker of Decatur, TX, Jennifer and Rosa (Francisco J.) of Chester, MD; her grandchildren, Francisco C. (Rosa), Joseph Baker, Gabriela (Rosa), Rose Baker, Edward (Rosa), Raechel Smith and Hannah Gravette; and her sisters, Janice Rust (Ray Rust) of San Diego, CA, Bonnie Ussery of Augusta, GA and Nancy Looney (Phillip Looney) of Bakersfield, CA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
