He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Kay Kubiak Darden (Patrick), Wayne Bryan Kubiak (Karrie) and Clint Jason Kubiak (Brenda); his wife Donna K. Hampe; his grandchildren, Cooper, McCrae Darden, Callie and Brent Kubiak; his siblings, Bill (Reiko), Freddie, Leon, Raymond, Ann, Patsy (Marvin), Margaret, Beatrice and Lucille; and his parents-in-law, Dale Hampe (Julie) and Donna Hampe.
