He was predeceased by: his parents, D. S. Williams and Dora Ann Morris Williams; and his sister Betty Joyce Williams. He is survived by: his wife Betty Williams; his children, Michelle Perez (Tony) and Ernie Escamilla (Becky); his grandchildren, Lindsey Perez, Zac Perez (Kelli), Krista Alvarado (Jose) and Kevin Escamilla (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Wyatt Perez, Liam Perez, Weston Alvarado, Whitten Alvarado, Emersyn Escamilla and Parker Escamilla; and his siblings, Billy Ross Williams (Tawana), James Kenneth Williams (Yvonne) and Sue Nell Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
