He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ardin Parker and Charlotte Joiner Parker; his wife Rebecca Parker; his daughters, Michelle Keen (Jerry) and Kasey Sams (Bobby); his stepson Rusty Duke; his grandchildren, Earl, Mike, Tesla, Cadence and Chord; and his brothers, Phillip Parker and Mike Parker. He was also cherished by numerous great-grandchildren; and other extended family.
