He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest McDougal and Jewell McDougal; his son Rodney Terrill McDougal; his brother Lonnie McDougal; and his sister-in-law Merla McDougal.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte McDougal of DeLeon; his children, Donna Sue McDougal of Kaufman, Dana Ann Pellegrine of Irving, Anne Stegemoller of Priddy, David Gilder (Debbie) of DeLeon and Robert Gilder of DeLeon; his grandchildren, D'Anne Whiteley of Stephenville, Cody Stegemoller (Jhenisa) of Priddy, Derek Gilder (Dayla) of DeLeon, Cory Stegemoller (Jenny) of Pea Ridge, Jeremy Gilliam of Royse City, Darren Stegemoller (Karen) of Goldthwaite, Alesha Borsellino (Seth) of Waco and Brittnee Gilliam of Dallas; and his sister-in-law Morene McDougal of Comanche. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
