He is survived by: his mother Linda Bain; his wife Kaci Bain; his children, Zaylyn Bain, Jakob Bain and Chelsi Bain; his parents-in-law, Mike, Patsy Burkeen, Robert and Lisa Johnson; his siblings-in-law, BreAnna Crim, Stephanie Lively and Brandon Burkeen (Jonie); and his nephew Zackery Bain. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and other extended family.
