He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Bookout and Kathleen Bookout; his brothers, Eddie Bookout (Charleen) and Wayne Bookout; his nephew Jeff Bookout; his niece Toni Kay Ghaemi; and his great-nephew Brent Sellman.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his sister-in-law Delores Bookout; his children, Jim Elliott (Connie), Kim Allen and Joy Elliott; his niece Kim Sellman (Bill); his grandchildren, Monek', Brendon, Christina, James, Kelvin, Sam, Jessica, Kori and Taylor; and also Tad. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; and countless friends.
