He is survived by: his father J. D. Richardson; his children, Christie Owen (Richard) and Caycee Richardson (Tonya); his siblings, Don Richardson (Darla) and Patti Johnson (Johnny); his sister-in-law Millie Richardson; and his grandchildren, Charlie Richardson, Alyson Owen and Maycee Richardson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made the De Leon Pentecostal Church in memory of Eugene.
