She is survived by: her sons, Clifton Forsyth of Daingerfield, Michael (Honda Forsyth), Timothy (Chris Forsyth), John Forsyth of Omaha, Mark (Tammy Forsyth) and Paul (Michelle Forsyth); her siblings, Delora Scott of Bells, Texas and Marion Caldwell of Avery, Texas; and her close friend Sylvia Crouch of De Kalb, Texas. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
