He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allen Shively and Esther Mae Shively (Shearer); his siblings, David Shively, Sidney S. Shively and Nancy Shively Burke; and his great grandchild Maverick J. Burwell.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Kay Shively of Avery, Texas; his children, Leslie (Brian Snider), Samantha (Harold Dalbec), Serena (Zeno Hollowell), Lacy Shively of Apache Junction, Savannah Shively of Avery, Texas and Matthew; his daughter-in-law Christina Shively of Deshler, Ohio; his siblings, Ray (Emma Shively), William J. Shively of Mesa, Arizona and Sandra S.; his brother-in-law Dennis Williams of McKinney, Texas; his grandchildren, Brian Ross Snider of Marshall, Ashley Burwell Karnes of Florence, Sidney Snider of Deshler, Cody Burwell of Apache Junction, Wesley Burwell of Mesa, Shaun Soto of Lemoore, Mason Shively Parsons of Defiance, Trenton Shively of Deshler, Kalee Soto of Apache Junction, Mattison Shively of Deshler, Lawson Shively of Deshler, Gemma Carlson of Mesa and Natalee Ferguson of Apache Junction, Arizona; and his great grandchildren, William, Angel, Audree, Evan, Izabella, Allyson, Neil and Lily. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
