He is survived by: his parents, William Landon Mayhew and Rose Janelle Weiss; his children, Dezzarie (James Mauldin), Alexandra (Tory Romines), Clayton (Kelsey Mayhew), Jennifer (Chuck Purvis) and Troy (Brooke Neal); his wife Diane Mayhew; and his siblings, Robert Mayhew, Rhonda Mayhew, John, Roxanne Salinas and Numerous. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, Numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
