He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Boothe and Doris Jacobs Boothe; his wife Diane Marie Stovall Boothe; his daughter Stephanie Boothe; his brother Douglass; his sister-in-law Eileen Boothe; and his sister Phyllis Boothe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Boothe Mayo (Ron) and Randi Boothe Johnson (Joe) of Groveton, TX; and his grandchildren, Kristina Sewell Abshier of Dayton, TX, Taylor Mayo, Riley Mayo, Reagan Mayo, Hailey Johnson, Gracie Johnson and Kadee Johnson.
