With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny Jo Bollinger Valkner of Dayton, Texas, who passed away on November 21, 2022 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Jack Bollinger and Judy Bollinger; her husband David; her daughters, Abby McDonald (Jason), Danielle Wigington (Danny) and Diana Williams; her grandson Reid McDonald; her sisters, Babs Foster (Jerry) and Jennifer Poorman (Jesse); and her nieces and nephews, Collin Foster, Jake, Ryan Sanford, Krista McLarty and Amber Foster.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Penny's memory.
