He is survived by: his wife Mildred Payne; his children, Marvin Payne, Jr. (Melissa), Betty Valladares (Raul) and Bobbi McNulty (Damien); his grandchildren, Amanda Payne, Kandice Jordan (Vernon), Brandon Payne, Kaitlynn Valladares, Kaden Moore and Korben Christian; his great grandchildren, Braden Daniel, Blaize Jordan, Landen May and Lane Jordan; his siblings, Lovie Hacker, Irene Lawrence (Denny), Evelyn Arnold and Gary Payne; and his close friend Jimmy "Barefoot" Rogers (Gladys). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
