She was predeceased by: her parents, Isidro Montemayor and Maria Montemayor; her husband Felipe Escobar Jr.; and her brothers, Gabino Montemayor, Rogelio Montemayor and Jake.

She is survived by: her children, Gracie Ortiz (Ivan), Heraclio Escobar, Marivel Carter (David), Alejandro Escobar (Brenda), Maria McDaniel (Patrick), Blanca Escobar Breaux and Jessica "Jessie" Escobar; her grandchildren, Tarah Carmona, Jacqueline Ortiz (Victor Wheeler), Aimee Najeebe (Ramzi), Seleste Keener, Brodrick Keener, Danielle Keener, Victoria Escobar, Marissa Escobar, Lisetta Escobar, Alejandro Jr., Isaac McDaniel, Adrial McDaniel, Elexus Hill (Malcolm Wiltz), Felipe Breaux, Jacob Lott, Jada Grice and Rio Ebbers; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Carmona, Madison Carmona, Tatianna Hernupont, Khilee Rideau, Derrick Rideau, Kyree Rideau, Lyric Keener, Kyrin Keener, Zaedin Keener, De'Anjalo Gallegos, Marcl David, Khalil Keener, Khilan Keener, Alayla Wiltz, Aiyana Wiltz and Layden Wiltz; and her brother Richard Montemayor (Colleen). She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
