He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee Nix, Sr. and Lillian Sadler Nix; and his daughter Michon Nix. He is survived by: his wife Carole Nix; his daughter Melissa Nix; and his brothers, Randy Nix and Michael Nix. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
