He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mae (Magaha) and Ralph Moore; and his siblings, Edna Laverne, Lillian, William Earl and Norma Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Brown Moore; his children, Stephen Ray Moore Sr. (Claudia), Stephanie Jane Moore (Carol), Deedra Ryberg Gibson and Daynith Moses; his siblings, Richard Henry Moore (Foy), James Franklin Moore (Clara), Nancy Gail Smith (Gary) and Jeannette Leech (Robert); and his grandchildren, Stephen Ray Moore Jr. (Hailie) and Kaston Wade Moore. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
