He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Clark and Helen Caskey Clark; and his daughter April Leigh Clark Wagnon. He is survived by: his wife Rita Clark; his son Shannon Clark; his sister Anna Stace (Alex); and his nephew Michael Stace. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
