She was predeceased by: her parents, John James Mize and Ora Pearl Mize; her son Miki Lynn Fitzhenry; and her siblings, Melvin, W. R. Mize, Ilene Bishop and Evelyn Jennings.
She is survived by: her husband Calvin T. Fitzhenry; her children, Kathie Ulmar (Michael) and Keith Fitzhenry (Connie); her sister June Casey; her grandchildren, Lycia Schreickise (Brad), Monica McNeil (Carey), Holly Murray (Ryan), Aubrey Fitzhenry (Bailey), Jake Ross (Tiffanie) and Carl Turner (Meghann); and her great grandchildren, Daniel Schreickise (Kaylin), Emily Schreickise, Destini Campbell, Grant McNeil (Rachel), Pierce Turner, Hudson Ross, Carson Murray, Evelyn Fitzhenry and Brendon McNeil. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
