With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher Joe Young (Dayton, Texas), who passed away on December 22, 2020 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Eddis Young and Dorothy Jean Prater Young; his brothers, Lonnell W. Young Sr. and Rickey E. Young; his nephew Lonnell W. Young, Jr.; and his granddaughter Presley Elyse Ibarra.

He is survived by: his friend Michael Simmons; his daughters, Christian Tousant, Maghen Ibarra (Chris) and Kacie Young; his grandchildren, Maddyn Walker, Mia Broussard, Patrick Ibarra and Penelope Ibarra; his siblings, Lynda Young, Larry Young, Richard Young (Annette), Charlotte Butler (Efrem), Consuela Jenkins (Alfred), Travis Young (Atina) and Shelitria Thompson (Matthew); his former wife Lisa Orebo; and also, Lillie Mae Moss (Scott), Clarence Prater, Lissie Mae Smith (Jones) and Marvin Young.
