She is survived by: her siblings, David Chovanec and Doris Piwonka (Randy); her children, Alisha Kubecka Dale and Jonathan Johnston (Amanda); her grandchildren, Joshua Dale (Kelsey), Hannah Gibson (Chris), Austin Dale, Kaitlyn Johnston and Tristen Hill; her great grandchildren, Levi, Kodi Dale, Channing and Ozzy Gibson; and her pet Denver. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
