He was predeceased by: his aunt Tamara; his uncle Marcus Richard; his fathers, Robert Payne and Weldon Guidry; his grandparents, Pearlie B, Mercus Payne Sr. and Marcus Richard; and his brother Malcolm Richard.
He is survived by: his sisters, Diana and Nederal Williams (Payne); his brother-in-law John Williams of Creedmoor; and his godchildren, LaDara Westbrook, Kelsey Harris, Israel Payne Bennett and Ismaiah Payne Bennett. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
