She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Lacy and Rosalee Farque Lacy; her husband F. E. Wardlaw; her daughter Paula Ubnoskye (Larry Ubnoskye); and her granddaughter Angela "Angie" N. Nash.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Statum (Bill) and Kathy Holt (Robert); her half-siblings, Benita Higgins and Steven Lacy; and her grandchildren, Brian Williams (Suzie), Mandy Clark (Kevin), Shauna Taplin, Chad Ubnoskye (Genny) and Raychelle Baughman (Casey). She is also survived by six great grandchildren; also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
