He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Rice (Swearingen); his wife Irene Russell; his children, Chasity Rice, Jason Rice (Shasta Garcia), Severiana Rice, Lee Lockhart (Stevie) and Devin Lockhart (Alexandria); and his siblings, Ricky Rice, Jon Jones, Rochelle Rice and Mike Rice. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
