He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Self and Loraine Adcox. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Clements; his children, David Self (Kellye) of Lewisville, TX, Mike Self (Tammy) of Amarillo and Brenda Moody of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Shelby Moody, T. J. Self (Mackensie), Michael Self, Leslie Malone (Quinten), Taylor DuBois (Jerrod) and Mindy Self; his great grandchildren, Zeke and Kason Malone; and his siblings, Sherrye King of Flagstaff, AZ, Tommy Foster (Dorothy) of Arlington, TX and Marlene Wyant (Benny) of Pampa, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
