He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Hall of Amarillo, TX, Mindy Basaldua (Andy) of Dalhart, TX, Jessie Encinias of Dalhart, TX and Patrick Encinias (Heather) of Liberal, KS; his grandchildren, Jessica Hall, Brooke Hall, Jovana Valdez, Crista Encinias, Adam Basaldua, Destiney Basaldua, Savannah Medina and Nate Encinias (Cheyan Woods); and his siblings, Carl Encinias, Maxine Montoya and Bobby Velasquez. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
