It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucia Romero of Dalhart, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on June 20, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Romero; her mother Virginia Rojas; and her siblings, Mary Rojas, Pancho and Santos Rojas.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Brown of Dalhart, Theresa Garza (Raul) of Dalhart, Sylvia DeMott (Steve) of Rochester, NY, Cindy Romero of Rochester, NY and Michael Foster (Ruth) of Dyersburg, TN; and her sister-in-law Clara Rojas. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
