He is survived by: his parents, Ruben Leal and Alice Leal of Dalhart, TX; his children, Chelana Miller of McAlester, OK, Ryan Leal of McAlester, OK and Jullian (Michael Webster) of Orlando, FL.; his grandchildren, Elliana, Kasen Miller of McAlester, OK and Bryce Webster of Orlando, FL.; his husband Doug Fowler of Bushland, TX; his brother Ruben Leal, Jr. of Dalhart, TX; his nephew D. J. Fowler of Amarillo, TX; and his nieces, Brittany (Andrew Winton) of Amarillo, TX and Vanessa (AJ Smith) of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, family and friends.
