It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita R Leal of Dalhart, Texas, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Rios and Lucia Rios (Davila); her husband Hilario Leal (Leo); her son Hilario Leal Jr.; and her siblings, Pete Rios Jr., Jesse Rios, Manuel Rios and Emelia Treviño (Rios).
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Mariscal (James) and Delia Baker (Richard) of Dalhart; and her sisters, Maria Leal, Isabel Ramirez, Lucia Castro, Elvira Rivera and Amanda Solis of Corpus Christi. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
