He is survived by: his wife Sandy; and his children, Douglas Allen Woolsey, Kimberly Lynn August, Kelly Gayle De Graaf (Craig), Terre Lynn Jones, Angie Dayle Gray (Randall) and Jamie Annette Harris (Michael). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews along with extended family and friends.
