He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelton Ray Mann and Deanna Kaye Rowlett Mann; his sister Vonnie Mann; his wife Kasey Mann; and his grandparents, Archie, Louise Rowlett, J. B. and Marie Mann.
He is survived by: his brother Dennis Mann of Andrews; his half-brother Curtis Mann of Phoenix; his stepfather Arnold of Odessa, TX; and his close friend Maria "Janey" Sanchez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
