He was predeceased by: his son Joey Ragland; and his sister Jerra Price. He is survived by: his wife Linda Arnold; his children, Don Arnold, Linda Padilla (Adrian), Billy Ragland (Sandra), Rick Ragland (Maria) and Jimmy Ragland (Annie); his daughter-in-law Lori Ragland; and his pet Rowdy. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
