She was predeceased by: her father Charles T. Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Touchet; her mother Bernadette Perkins; her children, Angie Weldon (Jessie), Jason Perkins, Jerry Touchet (Stacy), Erik Armstrong (Barbara), Tommy Touchet (Amber) and Amanda Edwards (Jeremiah); and her siblings, Suzanne Wegryn and Chuck Perkins. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
