He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Manning and Mildred Manning; his brother Bobby Manning; and his son-in-law Pat Rox. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Jay Manning (Joan) of Copperas Cove, Pam Rox of Citrus Springs, Kim Weber (Sam) of Highland Haven and Jeff Manning (Christal) of Leander, Texas; his grandchildren, Aimee Coleman, Jason Manning, Josh Rox, Matthew Sparks, Jonathan Manning, Nathan Sparks, Daniel Sparks, Will Rox, Julie Reneau and Jade Manning; and his cousin Linda Kay Comer. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
