We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2023, at the age of 92, Charles Edward Murphree of Copperas Cove, Texas, born in Milliken, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Aaron Murphree; and his brothers, William and Richard Murphree. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Murphree; his daughters, Dorrie Elmore (Willie), Julie Reyes, Barbara Strickland (Harvey Payne), Sherri Reynolds (Clyde) and Stacie Carter (Jamie); and his siblings, Esther Murphree, Harold and Raymond Murphree. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
