It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shay Rouse (Cooper, Texas), who passed away on July 16, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shay Rouse to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Caldwell Choate and Frances "Small" Choate; her husband Robert Rouse of Cooper; her children, Jeff Rouse of Garland, Texas and Beverly Rouse of Las Vegas, Nevada; her grandson Jake Rouse of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and her brothers, Sonny Choate of Kerens and Randell "Bo" Choate of Rockwall.
