It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Eugene Bulin of Cooper, Texas, who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clovis "Bill" Clifton and Elvin Eugene "Bo" Bulin; his brother Jerry; his son David; his grandson Brandon Page; and his great grandchildren, Karson and Nova Bulin.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Duckworth; his children, Micheal (Brenda), Kevin (Deidra), Christie Rankin (Chris), Lisa Miller and Tammy Wilks; and his siblings, Sandra Duckworth (Troy) of Cooper, Karen Shaver of New Boston, James Douglas Bulin of Cooper, Steven Bulin of Cooper and David Bulin (Janice) of Charleston. He is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
