He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Moore; his children, Gary Williams and Janna Williams Carter (Bill); his grandchildren, Jenna Carter Ditto (Eric) and Jami Carter Vela (Jadrian); his great grandchildren, Jaxon Morrison, Brooklynn Mead, Ethan Vela, Jase Vela and Dani Vela; and his brother Billy Williams of Pecan Gap.
