She was predeceased by: her parents, Adela Lednicky and Albert Lednicky; her husband Bob Cook; her brothers, Patrick Lednicky and Cleo Lednicky; her siblings-in-law, Bob Crenshaw, Arthur Ray Beken, David Cook and Myrna Cook; and her father-in-law Bob Sr. (Ada Cook).
She is survived by: her children, Robby, Mary Kay Cook of Eagle Lake, Ronny Cook of San Antonio, Billy and Denise Cook of Eagle Lake; her grandchildren, Jenna Crosby (Justin) of Columbus, Taylor Cook (Addie) of Houston, Cydney Higerd (Kyle) of Houston, Ashley Cook of College Station, Carter Cook of College Station and Rachel Cook of Crescent, Oklahoma.; her great grandchildren, Carson, Kate, Cooper Crosby, Quinn, Gage and Colleen Higerd; her sister Doris Crenshaw; and her sister-in-law Karen Beken. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Henneke Funeral Home (1515 Montezuma St, Columbus, TX 78934). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Parish of the Nativity Catholic Church (308 N Stevenson St, Eagle Lake, TX 77434).
