She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles B. Ford and Ida M. Ford; and her brother Charles Wesley Sebesta. She is survived by: her husband Fred; her daughter Julie Gurecky (Howard); her grandchildren, William and Catherine; and her children, Judy and Stephen Sebesta (Amy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Union Gospel Mission of Fort Worth, Texas.
