He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Price and Mary Price; his son Randall Price; and his siblings, Arthur Jr., Robert Price and Catherine Frazier.

He is survived by: his son Randy; his wife Frances Lee Price; his children, John Price and Gayla Campbell (Price); his sisters, Mary Price, Dorothy Lanier and Pauline Mason; and his grandchildren, Amber Simmons, Jacquelyne Sitterud, Stephanie Paradise and Natalie Bandy. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
