He is survived by: his brother Ronald MacWhorter (Carol Mason); his children, Sheryl Burek, Debbi Shank and Steven MacWhorter; and his grandchildren, Jason Madden, Jeanine Shank, Tony Madden, Jenina Roberts, Carly Jones and Matthew Shank. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
