He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garlon Sampson and Elsie Louise Sampson (Gorman). He is survived by: his wife Sharra Sampson of Clyde; his children, John Floyd Sampson of Biloxi, Mississippi and Samantha Elizabeth Louise Sampson of Garland; and his siblings, Patsy McCall of San Angelo, Vickie Hudson of Little Elm, Gary (Marie Moore), Bobby (Tanny Angeley) and Marc Moore of Clyde. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and one great-great niece.
