He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Fowler of Clyde; his children, Trey Newton (Kasie) of Arlington, Blaise Fowler (Josie Razo) of Mansfield and Zoey Fowler (Bryan Jones); his brother William Fowler (Bill) of Merkel; his grandchildren, Cameron, Miles Newton and Madison Lancaster; his niece Sarah Jones of Abilene; and his pet Skittles. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
