He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Orbin and Ruby Ila Purcell (Sadler); his daughter Leora K Purcell; and his sister Ila Mae Naron. He is survived by: his children, Charlie Purcell (Christine) of Tuscola, Virginia Simmons (Zane) of Clyde and Levi Purcell of Clyde; and his sister Jerene Holt (Ted) of Buffalo Gap. He is also survived by grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces and nephews and family members.
