He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Edward. He is survived by: his mother Linda Gay O'Bannon (Davis) of Cool; his sisters, April Summerhill (Jerry) of Cool and Connie Self of Weatherford; his daughter Jennifer Seaman of Eureka, California; and his close friend Diane Cedergren of Clyde. He is also survived by two granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
