He is survived by: his children, Doyle Carter (Becky) of Bronte and Bobbie Jane "B. J." Turner (Beau) of Freeport, Florida; his grandchildren, Vanessa Jane Turner Quinlan (Shane), Victoria Jan Turner and Clancy Dean Carter; and his great grandchild Anna Jane Quinlan.
