We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2020, at the age of 80, Billy Rex Sparks of Clyde, Texas, born in Gorman, Texas passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Sparks and Jessie Ireta Sparks (Whitefield); and his brother Roger Dale Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sparks; and his daughters, Jamie Tucker of Haskell and Kimberly Richardson of Oklahoma. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
