With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betsy Doris Norman of Clyde, Texas, who passed away on November 9, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kyle Harper and Mabel Verlie Stokes (Meridith); her husband Bobby Earl Norman; her grandson James Cody Hammonds; and her brothers, Curtis Meridith Stokes, Calvin Lowell Stokes, Billy Joe Stokes, Benny Morris Stokes and Lonnie Gene Stokes.
She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Ray George; her children, Kenneth "Kenny" Ray George, Jr. (Vickie) of Angleton, Sharon Kathleen Wilson (Jackie) of Clyde and Vickie Elaine Renfro (Raymond) of Vernon; her stepdaughter Jody Lynn Moore (Gary) of Alvin; and her grandchildren, Pamla Denice Thate (Stacey), Leslie Kyle Hammonds, Christopher Scott Wilson (Jennifer), Robert Paul Hammonds, Kandi Ruchelle McCrary (Londail), Vernon Kyle George, Anthony Wayne George, Jaxon Carter Seebig, Cary Wayne Moore and Trisha Rachaele Bly. She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
