He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William O. Price and Imogene Price; his wife Deborah; his son Jim; and his brother John R Price of Georgetown.
He suffered for more than 20 years with Alzheimer's Dementia but was silenced for the few last years before passing on Friday to laugh and sing with his Lord God.
